Job summary

Agribank in the Philippines seeks a highly experienced Credit Underwriting Operations Head to lead end-to-end credit operations, ensuring sound evaluation, efficient loan processing, and portfolio quality across agricultural, commercial, SME, and consumer lending.

You will serve as the bank's subject matter expert in credit operations, manage the complete credit cycle from application review to post-disbursement monitoring, and lead a team with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

• Strong and solid background in bank loan credit underwriting
• Related work exposure in banks or financial services

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the evaluation of loan applications across all lending segments
• Manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow to ensure efficiency and service excellence
• Monitor the quality of the loan portfolio and identify emerging credit risks
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations, internal credit policies, and risk management frameworks
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Credit Operations Team
