About the role

Agribank is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Credit Underwriting Operations Head to lead and oversee the end-to-end credit operations process, ensuring sound credit evaluation, efficient loan processing, portfolio quality, and compliance with regulatory and internal credit standards. The successful candidate will serve as the Bank's subject matter expert in credit operations, responsible for managing the complete credit cycle—from loan application review and credit investigation to evaluation, approval recommendation, documentation, booking, and post-disbursement monitoring. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of banking credit practices, particularly in agricultural, commercial, SME, and consumer lending.
