Job summary

Lennor Metier is seeking a seasoned EHS leader for a confidential client in CALABARZON, Philippines. The role is onsite and requires guiding the EHS system, regulatory compliance, and safety culture across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and environmental programs, while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, HR, and QA to strengthen safety performance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/technical discipline required.
• Minimum 10 years in EHS, with 3+ years in leadership within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS regulations and related permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, BFP, PEZA, and other regulations.
• Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental programs for waste, discharge, and air emissions.
• Maintain on-site presence supervising daily manufacturing safety and operations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR, Quality and others to embed safety.
• Coordinate with regional/global EHS teams and external auditors.
• Lead EHS training, safety committees, and performance reporting.
