Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in leadership overseeing technology teams or large digital initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise application implementations and integrations.
• Exposure to SAP environments and vendor-led projects.
• Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality or related industries.
• Strong governance, architecture, BA and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise roadmap for business applications and digital solutions.
• Lead digital initiatives across sales, leasing, property management, mall operations, and hospitality.
• Drive process optimization through automation and improved efficiency.
• Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications for reliability and security.
• Ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Establish governance for application management, standards, and vendor performance.
• Ensure data integrity, system integration, and reporting across platforms.
