Job summary

Qi Group in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational management of enterprise applications supporting back-office systems, digital platforms, mobile apps and the ecommerce ecosystem.

The role partners with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize performance, and ensure seamless technology operations that support business growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems or CS with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and .NET; exposure to Magento/eCommerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery and operational management of EPIC applications for Back-office, QAccount System, mobile app and eCommerce platforms.
• Oversee service desk activities and ensure incidents are logged, prioritized and resolved within SLAs.
• Coordinate with Thailand technology, infrastructure and PM/BA teams for aligned planning and execution of ecommerce launches and ops.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and identify automation/reporting improvements.
