Job summary

Maven AGI is expanding its DevOps and infrastructure team to scale cloud and on-premises infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and customer-managed environments. As Head of DevOps, you will lead, coach, and grow a team, drive reliability, security, and delivery, and partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Customer Success to reduce toil and improve velocity.

You will own infrastructure-as-code practices, Kubernetes reliability, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, while guiding incident

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years leading teams.
• Production Kubernetes expertise (AKS/EKS/GKE).
• Strong IaC skills (Pulumi/Terraform/Bicep).
• Experience running CI/CD (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD/Jenkins).
• Python/Go/TypeScript/Bash scripting proficiency.
• Solid IaaS, networking, DNS, load balancing, TLS knowledge.
• Monitoring/observability stacks (Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana).
• Multi-cloud or hybrid deployments.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop DevOps and infrastructure engineers.
• Define ownership, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Align technical strategy with architecture and execution.
• Hire and onboard engineers as the team grows.
• Own capacity planning, delivery, and outcomes.
