Job summary

Maven AGI seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve infrastructure powering its AI platform. You will design, build, and operate production systems across cloud providers, Kubernetes clusters, and on‑prem environments, ensuring scalable performance for enterprise deployments.

You’ll drive reliability with SLOs, DR, and runbooks while optimizing CI/CD pipelines in a large monorepo and expanding observability with metrics, logging, and tracing.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience
• Proficient with Kubernetes in production (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
• Strong infrastructure-as-code skills (Pulumi, Terraform, or Bicep)
• Experience operating CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud and on‑prem infrastructure (Azure, AWS, datacenter) using IaC
• Own Kubernetes cluster operations: deployments, scaling, monitoring, and incident response
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for a large-scale monorepo
• Implement observability across services (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
• Drive reliability practices: SLOs, capacity planning, DR, runbooks
• Scale enterprise AI deployments on‑premise incl. GPU orchestration and inference tuning
• Collaborate with engineering to improve developer experience and velocity
• Manage secrets, access controls, and security posture
• Evaluate and adopt new tooling to reduce toil
• Ensure secure, compliant, and cost-aware operations
