Job summary

Maven AGI is hiring a Senior PM to own the Integrations layer end-to-end. You will define which systems we integrate with, how deep the integrations go, and how we scale the platform to add new providers without hand-building each one.

You'll own the roadmap, P&L, and direct relationships with enterprise customers whose stacks we live inside. The role requires 5-7+ years in product management focused on integrations, APIs, or iPaaS, with a track record shipping integration products.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
• You've built and shipped integration products before. You understand the difference between a connector, an integration platform, and an actions framework, and you can explain the difference.
• Direct experience with the systems Maven agents touch: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk).
• Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and related failure modes.
• You've operated in both startup and scaled environments and know when to build in-house vs. buy/partner.
• You extract requirements from messy customer conversations and turn them into PRDs.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and prioritization for Maven's integration portfolio.
• The underlying integration platform tooling, frameworks, and patterns for faster delivery.
• Depth versus breadth tradeoffs for integrations including read/write capabilities.
• Enterprise customer engagement to capture stack and translate into integration requirements.
• Define how actions are executed and tested at enterprise scale.
• Develop partner ecosystem strategy and marketplace listings (Salesforce AppExchange, Zendesk Marketplace).
• Collaborate with GTM to convert integration depth into enterprise wins and with customer success to improve product.
