Job summary

Talent Spot Group seeks a multidisciplinary designer to seamlessly blend UI/UX, graphic design, branding, and video editing for analytics products and AI‑driven platforms.

You will translate complex dashboards and data capabilities into intuitive experiences, launch content, and persuasive product stories. Collaboration with product, data, engineering, and business teams is essential, with a focus on scalable design systems and consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Interaction Design, Product Design, Communications, or related field.
• Strong portfolio spanning UI/UX, graphic design with AI tools.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout, colour, interaction design, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually engaging analytics dashboards and data product interfaces.
• Turn requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Simplify complex metrics with clear information architecture and interaction design.
• Build reusable components and a scalable design system for analytics products.
• Partner with product and front‑end engineering to ensure feasible, responsive designs.
• Conduct design reviews and usability testing, iterate based on feedback.
• Develop visual identities and brand guidelines for analytics products and programs.
• Create logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, templates, and reusable assets.
• Maintain consistent branding across applications, presentations, videos, and launch communications.
• Design executive presentations, product one‑pagers, infographics, announcements, and campaigns.
• Produce launch videos, feature demos, explainers, teasers, and executive presentations.
• Combine screen recordings, voiceovers, motion graphics, captions, music, and transitions into cohesive stories.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and concepts that communicate product value and user impact.
• Create short‑form content for showcases, leadership updates, adoption campaigns, and internal communications.
• Manage video production from concept to final delivery.
