Qualifications

• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable financial impact.
• Extensive experience advising C-suite and senior leaders on high-stakes business challenges using customer insights.
• Strong ability to translate data and analysis into actionable strategies adopted by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic insight & consulting for Senior Leaders and Business Units.
• Define the roadmap for big data and AI to scale proactive, personalized insights.
• Oversee the CI team, translating complex analysis into actionable strategy for leadership.
• Build collaboration with Technology, Marketing, Product and Sales to embed intelligence into decisions.
