Job summary

OSOME is seeking a senior creative leader to own our creative vision across the full customer journey, from brand to content, performance, social, and digital experiences, ensuring a globally coherent yet locally relevant brand across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE.

You will translate priorities into clear briefs and systems, lead a multidisciplinary team of 5+ people, shape AI-enabled workflows, and partner with marketing, product, and leadership to solve business problems with

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in creative, design, or art direction with hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team of 5+ people.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into distinctive creative direction, briefs, frameworks, and output.
• Strong understanding of brand vs performance—knowing when to protect consistency and when to optimize for growth.
• Fluency with generative AI tools across the full creative lifecycle and a clear point of view on AI vs human judgement.

Responsibilities

• Set and own Osome’s creative vision across the full customer journey, ensuring globally coherent yet locally relevant branding across markets.
• Translate priorities into clear briefs, concepts, and systems that the team can execute against.
• Lead and develop the creative team, setting a high bar for craft and collaboration across multiple formats.
• Define how AI is integrated into the creative function, including workflows, quality standards, and training.
