Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior commercial role, ideally within the education sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales and marketing functions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the Institute's long-term goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative approaches to increase enrollment and program offerings.
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Oversee the entire student recruitment function and set targets for enrollment and program participation.
• Develop and manage the pipeline of prospective students and clients.
• Lead the marketing team to build and enhance the Institute's brand, both locally and internationally, and oversee campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with CFOO to develop and manage the budget, ensuring cost effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor financial performance against objectives and report progress to the executive team and President.
• Build a high performing team, lead sales, marketing, and business development professionals, and foster a results-driven culture.
