RCBC is seeking an experienced leader to implement and monitor strategies across the commercial banking team. You will manage a group of Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates, directing marketing and delivery of bank products to SME clients while ensuring rigorous credit review and risk control.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and driving profitability through disciplined credit analysis and effective client coverage.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years experience in credit analysis and account management.
• Knowledge of credit analysis, bank products/services, banking regulations and related legal documentation.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Proven decision-making skills in fast-paced banking environments.
• Excellent organization and planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Implements marketing plans, strategies, and budgets to drive center profitability.
• Oversees and applies marketing and account management activities of RMs/RAs, coordinating cross-selling and deal closure.
• Directly manages key accounts and calls on clients to solicit new business.
• Supervises RM performance, tracks monthly targets, and identifies improvement actions.
• Ensures credit proposals are accurate and compliant with policies; presents to senior committees.
