Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead enterprise-wide corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, and reputation management. The executive will advise senior leadership on protecting and enhancing corporate reputation while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.

This on-site role requires deep experience in regulated industries, strong media relations skills, and proven leadership in executive communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations with leadership.
• Experience in highly regulated industries and engaging with government bodies preferred.
• Strong expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; strong leadership and PM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure communication strategies comply with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership.

About the Role

A highly regulated organization is looking for a seasoned Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications to lead enterprise-wide corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, reputation management, executive communications, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

This executive will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership in protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
