Our Clients in Pasig, Philippines, seeks an experienced executive to serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation through strategic, clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

In this on-site role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications and public affairs program, lead media relations, crisis planning, and internal communications, while providing counsel to the C-suite on risk and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing.
• 12+ years in corporate communications with leadership roles.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as telecom, banking, utilities or healthcare preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with media, regulators, government agencies, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure communications strategies comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

This executive will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership in protecting and enhancing the organization's corporate reputation while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Lead media relations, executive communications, public relations, and corporate messaging.
• Manage crisis communications and reputation management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, regulators, government agencies, and key external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of corporate events, executive forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure communication strategies comply with applicable regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Manage communications agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or corporate relations, including leadership roles.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as telecommunications, banking, financial services, utilities, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Strong expertise in media relations, crisis communications, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
• Experience engaging with government agencies and regulatory bodies is highly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
