You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, external partners, governance, and budgets to deliver high-quality content that strengthens brand and engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in communications or related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• 8–10 years in content development, digital media, or marketing communications.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams.
• Proven experience leading multimedia production and digital campaigns.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy across digital, social, customer, and institutional channels.
• Oversee end-to-end multimedia content production and campaigns.
• Develop brand narratives that strengthen purpose, culture, and relevance.
• Optimize content distribution using insights, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary content team; establish governance and workflows.
• Manage content budgets, external agencies, and partners; ensure compliant execution.
