Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Content Studio Head to lead the Bank's content studio, shaping strategy, overseeing multimedia production, and guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality content across digital, social, corporate, and customer channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Mass Communication, Film, Broadcasting, or related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Business Management are an advantage.
• 8–10 years in content development, digital media, marketing communications, publishing, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading multimedia production, social media content development, digital campaigns, and integrated content marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's content strategy, editorial direction, and content planning across digital, social, customer, and institutional communication channels to support brand, business, and customer objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and production of multimedia content: videos, social media content, digital campaigns, brand stories, thought leadership, customer success stories, and website content.
• Drive compelling storytelling by developing brand narratives that strengthen purpose, culture, value proposition, reputation, and customer relevance.
• Optimize content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels using audience insights and performance metrics.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a multidisciplinary content team with governance frameworks, workflows, and quality assurance.
• Manage content production budgets, external agencies and content partners, ensuring high-quality, compliant, cost-effective, and data-driven content.
