Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 8–10 years in content development/marketing with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience leading multimedia production and digital campaigns.
• Strong storytelling and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy across digital, social, customer, and institutional channels.
• Oversee end-to-end creation and production of multimedia content.
• Drive customer-centric storytelling to strengthen brand, culture, and relevance.
• Optimize distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels using insights.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary content team with governance and workflows.
• Manage content budgets, agencies, and partners for compliant delivery.
