Job summary

International Marketing Group (IMG) Insurance Brokers Corp. seeks a Project Management Head to lead planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects, including new constructions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.

You will supervise end-to-end construction activities, manage costs, and ensure compliance with codes and internal standards. You will head a team of project engineers and technicians, coordinate with procurement, admin, and finance, and report progress against KRAs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in construction and procurement.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Deep understanding of building systems—HVAC, MEP, civil, and structural elements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute engineering projects including new constructions and renovations.
• Supervise end-to-end construction activities across facilities.
• Oversee regular and emergency maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents; monitor budgets.
• Manage contractor and supplier payments in line with progress.
• Lead project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
