Job summary

Manila Bankers Life Insurance Corporation is seeking a Project Management Head to lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects across facilities. You will supervise construction, renovations, maintenance, and cost control while ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery; collaborate with procurement, finance, and admin teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering and a minimum of 5 years in construction and procurement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in construction and procurement.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Deep understanding of building systems (HVAC, MEP, civil, structural).
• Hands-on problem-solving and vendor/SLAs management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, and execute engineering projects including new constructions and renovations.
• Supervise end-to-end construction and renovations across facilities; monitor progress, safety, and codes.
• Oversee maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil structures.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents; conduct budgeting and value engineering.
• Evaluate quotations; monitor expenditure to align with budgets.
• Lead project engineers, technicians, and site supervisors.
• Coordinate with procurement, admin, and finance for resource availability.
• Maintain KRAs/KPIs and progress reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
