Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in commercial property leasing.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease negotiation for commercial spaces.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with commercial real estate market dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the commercial leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Develop and implement leasing strategies for commercial spaces.
Identify and secure potential tenants for available units.
