Job summary

ORIX METRO Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a Division Head for Collections and Acquired Assets Management. The role oversees the Collections and Acquired Assets Management functions and the day-to-day operations of the division, including delinquency reporting, client negotiations for settlements, legal correspondence, asset disposition, and AML/BSP compliance.

At least 10 years experience in collections or leasing operations.
Experience in remedial management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Oversees Weekly Delinquency Report and reports to NPACC.
Oversees negotiation with delinquent clients for early settlements.
Oversees preparation of legal demand letters and collection of penalties.
Oversees endorsed delinquent accounts to Legal Department.
Oversees support to legal department for court actions against delinquent accounts.
Manages day-to-day division operations and approves correspondences and documents.
Ensures compliant asset disposal and updates on applicable laws and AML requirements.
Sets performance expectations for department heads and conducts evaluations.
