Responsibilities

• Strategic Recovery: Execute data-driven collection strategies to minimize Non-Performing Loans across consumer and microfinance portfolios.
• ROPA Lifecycle: Direct repossession, warehousing, and liquidation of foreclosed assets with dynamic pricing for fast depreciation.
• Remittance Management: Coordinate with DepEd (APDS), GSIS, and SSS to resolve unremitted deductions.
• Vendor Oversight: Manage Third-Party Collection and Repossession Agencies, ensuring SLAs and BSP compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Recovery: Execute data-driven collection strategies to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL) across consumer and microfinance portfolios.
• ROPA Lifecycle: Direct the repossession, warehousing, and rapid liquidation of foreclosed assets, utilizing dynamic pricing for fast-depreciating inventory.
• Remittance Management: Lead institutional coordination with DepEd (APDS), GSIS, and SSS to resolve unremitted deductions.
• Vendor Oversight: Accredit, manage, and audit Third-Party Collection and Repossession Agencies to enforce strict SLAs and BSP compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recovery practices adhere to BSP regulations, data privacy laws, and fair collection standards.
