Job summary

Momentive Software in the Philippines seeks a Manager of Client Success to lead a team of Client Success Managers and Specialists, overseeing client relationships, retention, and expansion between our clients and our services.

The role emphasizes coaching, portfolio planning, performance monitoring, and collaboration with sales, product development and service delivery to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Account Management, Client/Customer Success Management, or Client/Customer Experience Management experience
• At least 2-3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Monitoring KPIs to ensure retention and growth practices are executed, team outreach goals are met
• Sales function experience specifically, opportunity and pipeline management as well as forecasting experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Success Managers and Client Success Specialists.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team.
• Allocate resources across a portfolio of clients to ensure named CSMs.
• Collaborate with CS leaders to scope processes for the CSS role.
