TigerUX is seeking a seasoned Casino Marketing Leader to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies for a luxury casino resort and hotel on Boracay Island. You will oversee promotions, events, loyalty programs, and cross‑department collaboration to drive revenue and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of casino marketing experience in the Philippines.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in VIP marketing and customer relationship management.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work fully onsite in Boracay Island.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing and promotional strategies for the Casino Resort and Hotel.
• Ensure departmental goals and budget targets are achieved.
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize promotional strategies to maximize ROI.
• Develop gaming promotions, events, tournaments, and loyalty campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth, increase sales, and strengthen customer retention programs.
• Create and communicate strong brand messaging to enhance brand awareness and perception.
• Lead creative and branding initiatives and PR campaigns aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and campaign assets to internal teams.
• Work closely with department heads on budgets, contracts, creative direction, media buying, and campaign execution.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, advertising, and external agency partnerships.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable gaming regulations.
