Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with systems and operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor CMS disbursement transactions, including checks and payment requests.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete processing while meeting service levels.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, stores, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform transaction reconciliations, end-of-day balancing, and reporting.
• Assist in system testing, process reviews, and efficiency improvements.
