Job summary

The incumbent will lead Business Development Managers, monitor market intelligence, and drive new business through key accounts.

You will train sales teams, join client meetings, ensure deals close efficiently, and report monthly progress while guiding the team to act in the bank’s best interests.

Responsibilities

• Set strategies to grow market share and CASA growth in Transaction Banking Solutions.

• Manage pipeline, ensure timely deal turnaround, and monitor post-sales client support.
• Develop MIS to track performance and forecast sales, while refining sales processes.
