Job summary

Frabelle Food Group is seeking a Marketing Head to oversee brand strategy, portfolio management, marketing communications, trade marketing, category insights, pricing, and budget governance. The role drives demand generation for both snack and imported lines, balancing brand equity with off-take.

Reporting to the President of the Food Group, you will lead across four operating companies, ensuring brand preference and profitable growth through strategic investments and rigorous performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.
• Eight+ years in progressive marketing roles in FMCG/CPG, including at least three years in a managerial role.
• Experience in both brand management and trade marketing.
• Track record of launching new products or lines and evaluating performance post-launch.
• Experience across multiple channels (modern trade, general trade, food service, distributor).
• Strong analytical capability with sell-out or syndicated data; advanced Excel and presentations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong multitasking and project management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain brand positioning, target consumer, and value proposition for each brand across manufactured and imported lines.
• Own the innovation pipeline for both business models: new products and line extensions, and packaging decisions for imported lines.
• Develop and execute marketing communications across traditional, digital, and in-store media.
• Translate brand plans into channel activation for modern trade, general trade, food service, and distributors.
• Build category insights using syndicated data, sell-out data, and field intelligence.
• Recommend pricing architecture and manage margin, promotions, and price ladders.
• Manage advertising budgets, agencies, and internal talent to deliver results.
