Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company-wide business systems strategy, architecture, and multi-year roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems organization across platform owners, analysts, and developers.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and secure data governance across core systems.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable systems.
• Establish governance for vendors, integrations, and lifecycle management of applications.
• Lead major transformation programs like CRM, ERP, and procure-to-pay.
