Job summary

Fireworks AI is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to build scalable systems for a founding legal team. You will own contract lifecycle management, renewal tracking, and cross-functional processes, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, analytics, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate daily workflows while partnering with sales, finance, and revenue operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal operations experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management, discovery management, and legal billing systems.
• Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance and revenue operations.
• Systems thinking with a bias to action and ability to build infrastructure from scratch.
• AI-forward mindset with ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers.
• Lead implementation and administration of the contract lifecycle management system.
• Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to ensure reporting, visibility, and deal insights.
• Build and own renewal and contract obligation tracking and related workflows.
• Develop the processes, metrics, and infrastructure a scaling legal function depends on.
