Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing licence and current professional registration.
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong clinical knowledge across nursing specialties.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems and medical documentation software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.

About the role

Riviera Golf Club, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time position based in Silang, Cavite. As Head Nurse, you will be responsible for leading our nursing department, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This role is pivotal to maintaining the highest standards of healthcare within our facility and directly contributes to our commitment to member and patient wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation and professional development
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards, protocols and regulatory requirements
• Provide direct clinical care and nursing interventions to patients as required
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with medical doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
• Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and manage procurement as needed
• Respond to and manage medical emergencies, ensuring appropriate protocols are followed
• Conduct staff training and competency assessments to maintain high standards of nursing practice
• Liaise with management on healthcare facility needs, budget planning and departmental reporting

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification
• Valid nursing licence and current professional registration with relevant regulatory bodies
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory capacity
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise across various nursing specialties
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems and medical documentation software
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, infection control protocols and patient safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• CPR certification and advanced life support (ALS) training (preferred)
