Job summary

Riviera Golf Club, Inc. in Silang, Cavite is seeking an experienced Head Nurse to lead our nursing department and oversee clinical operations, ensuring top-notch patient care within our facility.

The Head Nurse will supervise staff, manage records, and coordinate with physicians to deliver integrated care, while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of excellence for members and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid nursing licence and current professional registration.
• Minimum 5-7 years nursing experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong clinical knowledge across nursing specialties.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare information systems and medical documentation software.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluation.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide direct clinical care and nursing interventions as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvements.
• Coordinate with doctors and other professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and procurement needs.
• Respond to medical emergencies following protocols.
