• Supervision and standardisation of the ground instructors per Airbus Training standards and DGCA requirements
• Conduct theoretical knowledge training sessions as per the training program
• Conduct the System Knowledge tests in line with examination procedures
• Convening and documenting all interviews and follow-up action for sub-standard performance
• Guidance for recruitment and selection of Instructors
• Maintain the TPM in compliance to Airbus Manuals and DGCA Regulations
