Job summary

CAE is seeking a Flight Training Instructor to delivery and supervise aviation training in a remote-friendly setup. You will follow SOPs, assist with courseware, monitor learner progress, and participate in review boards.

Qualifications

• Must hold ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with English level 5 or higher.
• Flight instructor rating or equivalent must be held.
• Preference for experience as Flight Simulator Instructor/Type Rating Instructor.
• Experience in Airline/ATO training is required/advantageous.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing training programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work remotely.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training duties per the FSI job description.
• Follow SOPs and recommend revisions where appropriate.
• Assist with courseware and material preparation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client progress and develop action plans as needed.
• Promote improvements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials.
• Participate in Progress, Academic & Disciplinary Review Boards and recommend remedial actions.
