Job Description

The Head of Delivery Management is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of site build and delivery activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role serves as the primary interface between Engineering, internal stakeholders, and customers (MNOs). This position translates customer requirements into executable delivery plans, drives disciplined project management across the site rollout lifecycle, and ensures delivery commitments are achieved in line with contractual SLAs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Preferably with technical knowledge of telecom systems and infrastructure
• At least 5 years of experience in PMO or a similar delivery management role
• Strong background in end-to-end project management and site rollout coordination
• Experience using Gantt charts and project timeline tools
• IT platform or systems background is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and reporting discipline
• Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
