Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking an experienced HCM Specialist to optimize Workday HCM, oversee the employee lifecycle, and support HR operations across our dynamic team.

You will manage end-to-end HCM processes, build reports and dashboards, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement system changes and process improvements. Requires a minimum of 3 years and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as HCM Specialist or similar role with in-depth HR process knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HCM processes and maintain employee records and updates for employees and contingent workers with data accuracy.
• Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting, and guidance on Workday functionality.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into metrics and trends.
