Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Consultant, HCM Org Design & Service Delivery to lead restructures and optimize Workday Core HCM processes, including EIB mass loads, under the HCM Service Delivery team.

You will partner with HR, Finance, PS service lines and HCM Operations to improve data accuracy, governance, and service performance, while guiding cross-functional stakeholders through complex reorganizations and data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM experience.
• Experience with Workday data quality and EIB mass loads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support restructures and Workday data accuracy for HCM Org changes.
• Act as process lead for Workday data quality and HCM processes; provide consultative support for complex cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Workday and HCM Operations; identify opportunities and define actions.
