Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM experience.
• Experience with Workday data governance and HR processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support restructures and Workday HCM processes as SME.
• Lead process ownership for reorganizations and data accuracy.
• Coordinate milestones for restructures with HR, Finance, and PS service lines.
• Provide consultative guidance on EIB mass loads and data quality.
• Analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities and drive service metrics.
• Collaborate with HCM Operations to enhance processes and data governance.
