Job summary

The Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. is seeking a Consultant, HCM Org Design & Service Delivery to act as a subject matter expert for restructures, Workday Core HCM processes, EIB mass loads, and related HCM service delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on Workday Core HCM experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Workday Core HCM processes and EIBs (Mass Load).

Responsibilities

• Support restructures and Workday data accuracy, aligned to operating structure.
• Act as process lead for Workday data quality and HCM processes; support EIB loads and restructures.
• Analyze HR data to identify improvements and track progress against service metrics.
• Coordinate milestones for restructures with HR and Finance; ensure data governance.
