Lavasource Ltd. is creating its Manila Center of Excellence and hiring to train Dayforce implementation consultants. Prefer hands-on HCM experience across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, Infor, or Dayforce. Training and global projects await.

Dayforce experience is welcome but not required; what matters is practical HCM know-how and the drive for a long-term consulting career.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting an HCM platform.
• Strong understanding of HR processes integrated into HCM systems.
• Willingness to learn Dayforce via structured training.

Responsibilities

• Learn to configure and implement Dayforce HCM for enterprise clients, supported by structured training and senior mentoring.
• Translate client HR requirements into system configuration and design.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities across global projects, from workshops through testing and go-live.
• Work alongside experienced consultants to deliver accurate, well-configured HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support user acceptance testing.
• Build the skills to grow from consultant toward senior and solution architect roles.
