Darwinbox is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Consultant to partner with CHROs and business leaders to drive transformation programs from discovery through adoption across global operations.

You will challenge legacy processes, influence senior stakeholders with clarity, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver scalable, automation-first solutions that turn customer problems into outcomes.

You will act as:

• A trusted advisor to enterprise customers
• A strategic partner to CHROs and business leaders
• The "Voice of Customer" internally across Product and Engineering
• An owner responsible for customer outcomes - not just go-live milestones

What the work looks like

• You won’t just inherit a project plan. You’ll inherit ambiguity.
• A customer struggling to standardize processes globally.
• An implementation that technically works, but operationally doesn’t.
• A workflow designed for manual operations that now needs to scale intelligently.

Your role is to understand the business problem behind the requirement and drive the transformation end-to-end.

That means:

• Leading enterprise HCM transformation programs from discovery through adoption
• Challenging legacy processes and driving transformation conversations
• Influencing senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
• Working closely with internal teams to shape customer outcomes
• Balancing customer expectations, scalability, product capabilities, and operational realities

Because enterprise transformation breaks when those worlds operate separately.
