Job summary

Quezon Poultry & Livestock Corporation seeks a Breeder Operations Manager to oversee planning, directing and control of all breeding farms in CALABARZON. You will coordinate with partner breeders, align production with market demand, and drive profitability of hatching eggs and day-old chicks. Strong leadership and veterinary/animal science background required.

Travel to farming sites as needed and ensure strict biosecurity across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of Breeder Poultry Operations experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Willing to travel to CALABARZON area and stay if necessary.
• Knowledge of breeder performance metrics, incubation, hatching, vaccination and biosecurity.

Job Summary :

The Breeder Operations Manager oversees planning, directing, and controlling of all breeding farms. The position manages coordination of the department's production functions and over-all production profitability of hatching eggs and day-old chicks. In so doing, it coordinates with the primary breeding companies regarding the parent stock placement and fine tunes the production to coincide with local marketing demand.

Job Qualifications :

• With minimum of 7 years work-related Breeder Poultry Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Technology, or a related field
• With good communication skills and outstanding leadership and supervisory skills.
• With Professional Driver's License (4 wheels)
• Willing to visit farms within CALABARZON Area and stay if necessary
• Extensive knowledge of breeder performance metrics, incubation, hatching procedures, feeding plans. Background in administering vaccination programs, disease control, and strict biosecurity protocols
