Job summary

Lightwheel in Metro Manila is seeking a hands-on hardware maintenance technician responsible for daily troubleshooting and repair of on-site and online equipment to ensure stable operation. You will receive fault work orders, quickly locate problems, and close the loop with documented logs and solutions.

Responsibilities include firmware upgrades, parameter configuration, and version iterations; maintain logs and asset information; and write local SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware equipment maintenance and independent fault troubleshooting.
• Familiar with equipment debugging and basic network configuration.
• Meticulous, responsible, with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Linux development environment; proficient in shell and Python.
• Familiar with Docker and system services; knowledge of embedded software and hardware preferred.
• Fluent in English communication and able to independently handle the full process.

Responsibilities
