AMCS is seeking a Hardware Support Assistant to provide remote technical and administrative support for hardware solutions across our global customer base. You will work with Hardware Support, Customer Support and field-service teams to investigate issues and coordinate hardware visits.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple open cases in a remote environment.

• Comfortable working with support/ticketing and business systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote hardware support and coordinate with Hardware Support, Customer Support and field-service teams.
• Manage administration for on-site hardware visits, including PO requests and approvals.
• Coordinate information between customers, internal teams and third-party field-service providers.
