The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong copywriting and video editing skills, and a startup mindset. You will collaborate with founders and store teams to grow awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on social media experience in startups, small businesses, agencies, DTC, hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Experience owning execution in lean organizations, not just managing vendors or internal teams.
• Proven track record of independently growing social media accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across multiple brands.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, TikToks, short-form videos, and image assets.
• Monitor trends daily and react quickly to moments by producing timely content.
• Uphold each brand's voice while adapting messaging for different audiences.
• Work with founders, general managers, and store teams to gather content and run campaigns.
• Manage community engagement and customer interactions.
• Build relationships with influencers and UGC creators.
• Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content quality and production efficiency.
• Test new content formats and platforms beyond routine posting.
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings.
