Job summary

Full Scale, a fully remote-first company based in the Philippines, is hiring a Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy and brand presence for enterprise SaaS products. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, including campaigns, copy, and workflow design.

You will build detailed buyer personas, manage multi-channel campaigns (Webinars, LinkedIn), and drive demand generation and content across ads, emails, blogs, and social posts.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing experience.
• Outstanding copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong design eye with ability to guide visual assets.
• Experience with LinkedIn ads, PPC, and organic social.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy and actively execute day-to-day tasks.
• Create and edit marketing content across channels.
• Ensure polished design across assets and collateral.
• Develop customer personas and buyer journeys for enterprise stakeholders.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including webinars and LinkedIn outreach.
• Analyze campaigns with KPIs and optimize ROI.
