Job summary

Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations and Infrastructure Lead to own internal systems, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and client connectivity. This is a hands-on, player-coach role with a focus on reliability and proactive improvements.

You will mentor a small IT team, write scripts, configure Azure/Intune policies, analyze network traceroutes, and harden endpoints to enable a strong culture of fast, effective IT delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Systems Administration, Network Engineering, or DevOps.
• 2+ years leading small technical teams or acting as an L3 Lead Engineer.
• Experience in fast-paced BPO/MSP or multi-tenant client environments preferred.
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator / Enterprise Administrator, CCNA or ITIL v4 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Doing: act as the primary escalation point for complex infra and cloud issues and mentor the team.
• Transform team mindset from reactive to proactive, with defined SLA targets and accountability.
• Mentor daily stand-ups and review diagnostics with junior analysts.
• Own end-to-end connectivity for 300+ agents, including WFH and in-office.
• Analyze network performance via traceroutes, latency, and endpoint metrics to isolate issues.
• Implement split tunneling, QoS, and dual-ISP failover for distributed environments.
• Admin Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and conditional access policies.
• Enforce endpoint management via Intune/SCCM and automated OS patching.
• Support AI tool rollout with sandboxing and DLP safeguards.
