Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing operations with direct ownership of execution.
• Proven ABM planning and execution for target accounts.
• Experience marketing high-ticket B2B products with long sales cycles.
• Able to execute marketing initiatives independently.
• Experience managing content workflows and publishing systems.
• Strong content editing and content management skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
• Experience measuring ROAS, CPA, conversions and pipeline contribution.
• WordPress experience required.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end marketing operations process, from content planning and publishing to lead capture and sales handoff
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and thought leadership initiatives
• Execute content distribution, publishing, and campaign activation across multiple channels
• Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly captured, tracked, and routed through CRM systems
• Build and manage targeted account lists and named-account marketing programs
• Research key decision-makers and buying committees within target organizations
• Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns using email, content, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Drive engagement and nurture target accounts toward qualified sales appointments
• Manage, edit, and optimize content created in collaboration with company leadership
• Coordinate production and publication of thought leadership content, industry insights, and executive-level marketing materials
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging, content quality, and publishing cadence
• Execute SEO strategies including keyword planning, on-page optimization, and content mapping
• Manage and optimize paid marketing initiatives across applicable channels
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement
