Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly execution-oriented Marketing Manager to drive and optimize marketing initiatives that directly contribute to pipeline growth and qualified sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can both develop plans and personally execute them.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in ABM, content operations, marketing automation, SEO, and performance marketing within complex B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on marketing operations with direct ownership of execution.
• Proven ABM planning and campaign execution.
• Experience marketing high-ticket B2B products with long sales cycles.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Content workflows, publishing systems, and content ops management.
• Strong SEO execution and performance marketing understanding.
• Experience measuring ROAS, CPA, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• WordPress experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing operations from content planning to sales handoff.
• Develop content calendars aligned with objectives and thought leadership.
• Execute content distribution, publishing, and campaign activation.
• Ensure leads are captured, tracked, and routed through CRM systems.
• Build and manage targeted ABM programs and named accounts.
• Research decision-makers within target organizations.
• Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Drive engagement and nurture accounts toward qualified appointments.
• Coordinate production and publication of thought leadership content.
• Maintain brand messaging, content quality, and cadence.
• Execute SEO strategies and optimize paid initiatives.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
