Job summary

RLC Residences is seeking a Turnover Quality Specialist to represent the company during the final turnover of units to buyers. You will ensure that each unit is ready for turnover within the approved move-in timeline and assist in pre-turnover inspections of units and common areas.

Based in Paranaque or South properties, the role requires a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, plus strong communication and organizational skills, and hands-on quality checking and inspection experience.

Qualifications

Job description

The Turnover Quality Specialist serves as the representative of RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer. S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in. S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
